Sessions take place over a HIPAA compliant telehealth video platform called Doxyme. I will send you a link prior to our first appointment so you can get familiar. Signing into the platform is very easy and only takes a few minutes!

Therapy is an investment of many resources including your time, energy and finances. Therapy is hard work but it is SO worth it! Because it has the ability to impact how you feel emotionally and physically, how you feel and communicate in relationships and even your job and goals in life. As far as the financial investment goes, it depends on how long our session are:

Standard 50 minute session is $200

Half-day EMDR Intensive (4 hours) is $720

Full-day EMDR Intensive (6.5 hours) is $1,150

Before our appointment, I will set you up with my client portal. I will send you some intake paperwork to review and sign, along with an assessment document.

During our first appointment, I will send you the link for our telehealth session. We will introduce ourselves and we will make sure we are on the same page about consents, confidentiality and more. Then we’ll review your assessment paperwork, and I will get a sense of your needs, strengths and your goals. Our first appointment will go by quick, but don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of time to get to everything in later sessions.

Treatment durations are highly individualized and depend on treatment modalities and problems being addressed. During the first few sessions, we will discuss your treatment plan.

Sometimes people come into therapy having a specific need area to address that may take a shorter period of time, while others have multiple needs to address over a longer period of time.

Therapy is an investment of your resources, including time! But it’s important to remember that the insight and growth is yours for the rest of you life and has the potential to impact all aspects of your life.
