EMDR Intensives

Are you ready to make a big investment in your wellbeing? Feeling motivated to roll up your sleeves and dive in?

An EMDR Intensive can be a powerful supplement to your existing therapy and healing. EMDR intensives provide an opportunity for intense processing and growth in a condensed period of time. Together, we’ll prioritize the most challenging aspects keeping you stuck and give them our focused attention for one to four consecutive days. Whether it’s a specific symptom, problem area, even, trauma or transition in your life, we’ll explore the current need while considering the past and it’s origins. The goal is to process and release limitations while equipping you with lasting internal resources for your continued success.

Whether it’s a specific issue or traumatic event, you’re ready to do what it takes to put it behind you so you can live the life you were meant to live. You know what needs attention and what you want to be different in your life.

An EMDR intensive is an investment in your healing that can be done as a stand-alone, or in conjunction with other modalities and therapies. Intensives are hard work and can be very rewarding, it just might be the attention you need to get unstuck and succeed. However, it is important to not that they are not a good fit for all situations and are not an “easy button”. All potential intensive clients receive a consultation to ensure the goodness of fit.
